Job Description:

Main responsibilities:


Leading a team of approx. 10-12 analysts, including development, performance appraisal, workload management and support in daily operational matters


2.Overseeing daily operations for 3 key credit processes: Debt Collection, Risk Assessment and Debt Recovery


Managing relationship with both internal and external stakeholders, including Credit team onshore, Sales and Customer Operations

Participating in local and global projects, connected to CI initiatives/process improvement, as well as being responsible for the compliance and controls framework in the managed operational unit.


Experience & Qualifications required:


Degree/qualifications in Accounting/Business preferred; a professional degree required

3 years minimum work experience in various financial/accounting positions, supervisory experience preferred

Proven Leadership skills

Excellent English skills

Knowledge of Credit Management process will be an asset

Good knowledge of controls framework

Ability to work under high pressure and in a rapidly changing environment
