Position:
Treasury Management Specialist
Responsibilities:
Handle many different request to change accounts default set up, special pricing, grouping, Earnings Credit Rate, Account Analysis Statement, etc.
Provide excellent customer service while supporting Treasury Management products
Preform quality check process on completed work
Perform research
Assist in the training of new colleagues on any/all functions
Perform all department functions consistently meeting or exceeding established level of service and department standards for individual productivity and accuracy
Assist in daily workflow coordination
Participate in system upgrades and testing Adheres to Bank Policy and Procedures
Complies with Regulatory Requirements
Follows effective controls and processes to ensure risks are measured, monitored and controlled
Keeps abreast of risk related changes that may impact work functions and processes
Knowledge of ACH processing, understand NACHA rules to perform research function.
Other duties as assigned by
Requirements:
3 years of successful experience working in a bank operations role
Back operations, bookkeeping and/or data entry experience a plus
Ability to follow detailed instructions
Alpha numeric & 10-key experience
Ability to work in a team environment, resolves problems independently, inform management of all issues, and work with a sense of urgency while maintaining close attention to detail.
Meet and maintain productivity minimum performance targets and standards.
Excellent analytical and reasoning skills with a proven record of thinking outside of the box for process improvements
Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Outlook helpful
Ability to demonstrate self-motivation
