This Senior Financial Analyst will be a subject matter expert supporting the Customer Care Organization of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Health. This individual must maintain a strong, productive relationship with this team and its management, and must possess an in-depth understanding of financial and operational key drivers of a call center/customer service organization. The role requires strong business acumen and the ability to build, maintain, and utilize complex financial models. The individual in this role will be responsible for delivering clear, insightful analysis and recommendations within business scenarios. The ideal candidate will actively participate in identifying opportunities and collaborating to identify solutions to business challenges.
Key Responsibilities: Provide financial and analytical support to the Customer Care Organization and other teams as assigned
Lead preparation of annual budget and periodic forecasts for the Customer Care organization, working with VP-level and managers to build appropriate workforce plans and then convert these plans into the financial budget and forecasts
Develop strong relationships with key business leaders to be able to provide analytics and decision-making support to senior management
Complete analysis of P&L results each month, explaining performance drivers and variances for the Care Organization in both financial and operational metrics
Document new / existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement
Perform other ad hoc analysis as requested; advanced analytical, financial modeling, and technical skills required
Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent
1.5 years of experience in an Accounting, Finance, Procurement, Tax, Treasury capacity
Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Access, Excel)
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
Demonstration of leadership and strong critical thinking skills
Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
High level of ethics, integrity, judgment, discretion and confidentiality
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion without explicit direction or detailed instructions
Advance knowledge of excel capabilities, along with experience with TM1/IBM Planning Analytics, Qlikview, Alteryx, etc.
