Position: Loan Servicing Specialist
Location: Tulsa, OK
Responsibilities:
Performs excellent customer service by completing functions to secure all commercial, mortgage and consumer loan files as well as specific requests regarding all loan files from loan officers and specialists.
Book new loans, renewals, extensions, letters of credit, charge-offs, and loan payments then check back the following day to ensure that all documents are complete, balanced and in compliance with Grand Bank Loan Policy, Federal & State laws & regulations. Correspond with all lenders for completion of files. Process paid off loan files and maintain paid files according to bank's Record Retention Policy. Also maintain tracking for flood releases to send to Vendor periodically.
Post funding audit of all loan files to ensure that all documents are complete, executed, balanced, and in compliance with Grand Bank Loan Policy, Federal & State Laws and regulations. Maintain error free bi-monthly loan exception reports for officers, management and board reports.
Balance WIP daily and find/correct any errors, and Process daily work from branches. (payments, new loans, loan maintenance requests, renewals, etc.)
Daily Scanning of loan files received and or any other loan documents or exceptions. Maintain recurring tracking system for loan file financial information, insurance tracking, UCC tracking and continuations. File all loan perfection items including deeds, mortgages, releases, titles, etc.
Complete and mail annual escrow analysis statements and annual escrow insurance and taxes payments. Call on insurance exceptions weekly. Track appraisal/taxes on OREO properties and maintain current list for any delinquent taxes on all loans. Perform monthly SBA reporting.
Process and book loans for participations, complete daily payments/advances, and correspond with participating banks as needed.
Scan and maintain daily review of Synergy documents that need imaged. Also call on Insurance exceptions weekly. Monitor and report SBA loans monthly.
Track Credit Bureau Disputes through E-Oscar and submit any credit updates. Also have full knowledge of flood tracking, force place, and when to send 45-day letter.
Issue and obtain appropriate signatures for loan proceeds checks per loan officer or specialist request. Sort incoming mail daily, log payments received.

Generate and submit Monthly Fed and Quarterly FHLB reports accurately by each collateral verification documents.

Requirements
2 years’ experience in loan operations
Effective oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in Excel
Ability to maintain a high rate of accuracy
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines and work through challenging situations
