We are seeking a dynamic, competitive and passionate **Portfolio Marketing Manager** to help improve the lives of people suffering from heart failure. The Portfolio Marketing Manager works as part of the Heart Failure Downstream Marketing Team to manage the global lifecycle management of the Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy (CRT-D) and Left Heart Systems portfolio, enjoying the practice of running the business post-launch. This role will be responsible for leading the portfolio strategy and execution: post-launch product portfolio, identifying areas of improvement, tracking market trends, and keeping the products aligned with the organizations broader strategy.

**A Day in the Life:**
Develop robust knowledge of the CRT-D & Left Heart Systems products and be the internal and external champion, working with the CRM US field channel, key customers/KOLs, and global partners
Lead proactive communication strategy with internal stakeholders and global partners to keep a pulse on the current business (implants, revenue) through Integrated Business Planning
Surface key market opportunities post-launch, monitor the competitive landscape and coordinate competition-focused marketing initiatives
Manage the portfolio long term planning, in connection with regulatory, R&D, and operations
Drive global commercial excellence by delivering top-line revenue and implant growth through creative, customer-centric initiatives and managing bottom line portfolio lifecycle costs and phase-outs
Lead portfolio forecasting process. Collaborate with the Launch Managers, Geography partners, and Patient Management business on long-range planning and phase in/phase out (PIPO) planning and AOP and Strategic Plan demand forecast development, update and analysis to define the overall portfolio demand
Serve as the point of contact for customer & field communications post-launch for systemic opportunities and improvements.
Identify and share key business metrics to monitor and manage the health of the business
Partner with product launch managers and marketing communications to design promotional plans aligned with the CRT-D & Left Heart Systems brand strategy.
Monitor and deliver on the Claims Matrix leveraging education as an opportunity to drive additional value and brand loyalty
Manage portfolio content management in our ongoing customer and sales training
Partner with the other functions across Medtronic to deliver programs highlighting the clinical and economic value of our products and features
Ability to travel up to 25%
**Must Have:**
Bachelors degree
4 years in marketing, sales, sales support or operations (2 years with Advanced Degree)
Project planning and/or process management experience
Experience working in cross functional teams
**Nice to Have:**
MBA
Product portfolio management experience
Healthcare industry experience
Superb relationship building, interpersonal, and communication skills
Analytical and results oriented
Experienced in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
