Job Summary

The Executive Director, Portfolio Management will be a key leader on the newly formed Consumer Value Propositions & Portfolio (CVPP) team. This leadership role is responsible for the converged portfolio coordination for our Xfinity Internet, Mobile, Home, and Entertainment products. The Executive Director, Portfolio Management is a seasoned and collaborative leader with the ability to represent CP&P with consolidated roadmaps in prioritization and other forums as appropriate. The ideal candidate for this role has strong executive and leadership presence, maintains a strategic mindset with a radical focus on prioritization, is able to easily and effectively communicate to both the ELT and larger cross-functional teams, and can expertly organize many moving parts. This candidate also needs to be a cross-product champion for convergence and our customer value propositions Success in this role will be based on collaborating with internal cross-functional teams, such as PMO, Care, CXT, Product Performance, Divisions, and other executive teams to ensure successful coordination and planning of the product portfolio for GTM processes. The ideal candidate is strategic and forward-thinking with a demonstrable track record of successfully collaborating across a large matrixed organization. We are seeking an excellent communicator and a strong influencer and people leader who will inspire, motivate, and grow a talented team. Established relationships and Xfinity product knowledge is essential.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities


Partner with the Consumer Entertainment and Connectivity and Convergence teams to build and manage a prioritized, aligned, and consumer led portfolio.

Help champion compelling, consumer-led propositions across CP&P portfolio and ensure our portfolio is holistic in meeting consumer needs across our business.

Create and maintain audience-led product roadmaps to ensure a steady drum beat of product for customers, reinforcing Xfinity value and innovation.

Partner closely with the Finance organization to manage customer equipment portfolio and capital plan.

Drive success of GTM Processes with PMO organization through relationships and planning.

Represent CP&P with consolidated roadmaps in prioritization and other forums as appropriate.

Lead the Portfolio team with a focus on XGIE's Strategic Priorities; proactively filling gaps, pushing back if workstreams start going off-track, and maintaining momentum with goals in mind.

Creation of executive communications (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) on the state of the Consumer Products & Propositions business.

Presentations to senior leadership on consolidated roadmaps & prioritization.

Ensure optimal resource allocation and manage team performance to meet aggressive timelines

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
