Profile

Description:
The Lead Reporting Developer is responsible for the planning, architecture, and administration of Brickhead Technology's and Direct Capital's BI environment and all aspects of reporting and analysis. The objective is to present data warehouse and CRM information through use of analysis, active dashboards, performance management, and events monitoring in support of operational/financial metrics and customer behavior analytics.

Make Business Intelligence platform recommendation for: Selection of Tool
Implementation & Configuration
Ongoing Maintenance
Establish and promote best practices and ensure commitment/adherence to standards.
Develop and implement cube, report, metrics, and events to support business decisions.
Standardize BI specifications and process documentation to produce the required reporting and analytic deliverables
Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience in SSRS, SSAS, Microsoft Reporting Services.
Experience with Tableau and Dashboarding.
Experience with other BI systems, Salesforce reporting and SAS helpful.
Extensive experience with data warehouse concepts and methodologies, including experience with ETL, database design and modeling.
Experience in Financial Services helpful
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Highly motivated self-starter, detail and quality oriented and able to work independently
3 years minimum of relevant experience
Education:
BS degree or higher in MIS or engineering fields
