The Interactive Brokers Group, one of the leading global brokers with a well-established technology-driven culture is expanding the client services team located at our main Central European office in Budapest. We are looking for bright and motivated people with good communication skills for performing video verification calls and handling daily Funds and Banking issues. The Junior Funds and Banking Specialist is an ideal opportunity for a person who wants to work and build a long-term career in the financial industry.

Key responsibilities:
As a member of the team, you will be responsible for managing outgoing video calls for customer verification and handling daily Funds and Banking issues
You will review the data and assure the quality of information obtained for verification
Communicate effectively and efficiently to all parties involved in obtaining verification information
Support Cash deposit and withdrawal activity, position transfers, and account administrative functions
Systematically follow-up on and resolve pending transfers, differences and cash transfer related issues
Qualification & Sills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to conduct video calls and accommodate client inquiries
Experience in financial services position (e.g., brokerage, banking, trading, exchange or clearinghouse)will be considered as an advantage)
Ability to prioritise effectively and multi-task
Independent, punctual and careful working methods
Motivated and trustworthy personality
Fluent English plus any other Central European language is mandatory
