Description

The Senior Business Intelligence Professional solves complex business problems and issues using information from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. They develop, track, coordinate and ensure completion of activities & initiatives across the Health Care Services and Digital Health and Analytics segments.

Responsibilities

The Senior Business Intelligence Professional designs, communicates, and implements an operational plan for completing the activity / initiative; monitors progress and performance against the plan; takes action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays. Identifies, develops, and engages the resources to complete the work. Conducts meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the initiatives. Makes decisions regarding own work approach/priorities, and follows direction. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications


Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Advanced experience working with big and complex issues within large organizations
Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction
Proficiency in understanding Healthcare related data
Proficiency in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadership
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences


Preferred Qualifications


Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Advanced in SQL, SAS and other data systems
Experience with tools such as Tableau and Qlik for creating data visualizations
Expertise in data mining, forecasting, simulation, and/or predictive modeling
Experience creating analytics solutions for various healthcare sectors
