Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst- Recurring Revenue

To strengthen our approach and to improve our results, we are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our Recurring Revenue Operations (RecRevOps) team. Acting as a bridge between our M&A integration activities and the FP&A organization, this role will be critical to the data accuracy and overall success of our global M&A efforts.
As a key member within Aptean’s new RecRevOps group, the Sr. Financial Analyst is responsible for learning the operational and financial nuances within each acquired company and then translating that information into accurate “asset” data. Asset data is the crux of our integration process and feeds all downstream activities (Sales, Renewals, Billing, Executive Reporting, etc.). Additionally, the Sr. Financial Analyst will be responsible for the financial monitoring of the acquired company post go-live to ensure stability and accurate revenue recognition. This unique role provides operational and financial exposure to both core Aptean and acquired companies.
Who?
We’d like this person to have the following skills/abilities:
· 4 years’ experience working within FP&A
· 1 years’ experience working within M&A valuation/integration
· Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization
· Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of supporting a variety of stakeholders
· Exhibits sound business judgment and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and providing clear answers to complex problems
· Motivated self-starter, proactive and action-oriented
· Ownership mentality with a track record and ability to “get things done”
· Strong problem solving and collaboration skills
· Experience in prioritization of deliverables and tasks
What?
In this role, you would:
1. Consolidates new acquisition recurring revenue data: translating into Aptean “assets” and reconciling with due diligence developed top-line P&L figures
2. Presents acquisition recurring revenue health on a customer by customer basis through integration period
3. Monitors integrated acquisition recurring revenue across systems to check customer accounts tie out and match revenue recognition expectations
4. Proactively flags system data issues and works to resolve reporting and invoicing problems
5. Bridges M&A, FP&A, and Revenue Operations teams to ensure revenue continuity and accuracy
