Job summary:

The Associate Director Supply Chain Finance will lead a team supporting Logistics, Inventory Management and special projects for Prepared Foods reporting to VP SC Finance. This role provides insights on the segment’s distribution and warehousing cost, work closely with cross-functional teams to forecast cost and trend, identify productivity opportunities to improve profitability and drive commercial decisions. This role will also lead special projects like Network Optimization and large capital investment decisions. This leader has a total team of 5 direct and indirect reports. Scope and key responsibilities: Cost Forecasting; Lead monthly close, rolling forecast, annual operating plan and strategic planning processes; Communicate cost changes, analysis and recommendations to business partners; Lead special projects to drive productivity and process improvement.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor s degree in Finance or Accounting. CPA, CMA and or MBA is preferred.

Experience: 8 plus years of experience

Computer Skills: Strong Microsoft Office Skills Excel, PowerPoint. ERP systems preferably SAP.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Supervisory: This leader has a total team of 5 direct and indirect reports. Prior management of direct reports is required. Special Skills: Detailed knowledge of manufacturing accounting processes, inventory management, distribution and warehouse management, economic profit and cost of capital. Relationship management skills due to vast influence across department and business unit leadership.

Travel: up to 10% domestic travel expected
