Come on board and reap the rewards. You will be responsible for:Ensuring proper servicing of clients’ needs including advisory, insurance coverage and bringing the best of Aon to the client.Collaborating with Sales Team (and other colleagues) in revenue generation.Coordinating with clients on issuance, renewals, endorsements, cancellation of policies, premium collection and claims managementDealing with insurance companies for best in class coverages including appropriate documentations and claims management.Ensuring proper computation of premium, commission, instalments, etc.Drafting necessary correspondences, reports and presentations to clients, insurers, broking centre and other parties.Ensuring the team’s compliance to all the Aon metrics and the “Aon Commitments”.Managing the adjusters, insurers, clients, other parties for the prompt and fair settlement of claims.Visiting all clients of the team.Conducting prospecting activities to supplement revenues from existing clients.Ensuring that all transactions are in compliance with the company’s guidelinesAbout You: Indicating a track record of success, you will be inquisitive, keen to learn and have a passion for data and the opportunities and business insights it reveals.Demonstrate resilience; the flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid changeAble to develop simple solutions to complex problemsStrong client-focus with a passion for delivering added valueResults driven and take accountability for resultsHighly analytical and detail-orientedLeadership skills and capabilitiesInterested in the insurance marketPersonable and able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholdersProactive and a self-starterConfident in presenting work to teammates and clientsAble to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writingHighly proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Candidates with an undergraduate degree (graduate of any 4 – year course) and experience working in an insurance, financial services, or management consulting will be viewed advantageously.
