Winston & Strawn is looking for a mid-level associate to join its investment funds group. The ideal candidate would have 2 - 5 years of experience forming private funds (e.g., private equity, hedge, real estate and/or venture capital funds), assisting clients with their operating agreements and advising clients on regulatory issues impacting their funds and management companies. Candidates for all offices will be considered. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location.
