Aon is looking for an Early Careers Executive Benefits SpecialistWe currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Executive Benefits Specialist in our Atlanta, GA, office. This position will support Aon's Executive Benefits practice. The Executive Benefits practice has been designing Executive Life Insurance, Deferred Compensation, and Supplemental Disability Benefit plans since 1973. We continue our long tradition of providing creative plan designs, cutting-edge products and funding vehicles, and comprehensive administrative support as we have for more than 40 years.The target salary range for this position in Atlanta, Georgia is $59,500 annually. The salary will be adjusted based on the applicant’s geographic location. This role is Hybrid!Available Locations:Atlanta GeorgiaYour impact as an Early Careers Executive Benefits SpecialistOur Executive Benefits Specialists provide plan administrative services for non-qualified deferred compensation, multi-life executive life and disability benefit plans, and corporate-owned life insurance (“COLI”). Specialists will interface with clients and plan participants to communicate benefits and process plan and status changes; compile and audit data from various sources; provide reports to clients utilizing a client database and spreadsheets; maintain plan documentation; develop relationships with clients and colleagues.Key Job ResponsibilitiesProviding exemplary service to Aon clients and their employees; examples include:Managing plan enrollments, including email campaignsEnrolling new participants, auditing and delivering new policiesMaintaining plan documentationUsing software to calculate and prepare premium billsUsing databases and spreadsheets for data auditing and plan reportingProviding accurate deliverables in a timely mannerCommunicating benefits to plan participants and providing participant-level serviceAnswering participant questions on our toll-free numberForecasting and reconciling revenueBuilding trusted relationships with clients and colleaguesIdentifying and implementing ideas for improvement on assigned casesAdhering to standard procedures to ensure accuracy and to control expensesSeeking training and self-development to exhibit an increasing knowledge of the industryYou Bring Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired ExperienceExperience working in MS Office (particularly Excel and Word)Ability to handle a variety of concurrent projects, servicing clients proactively, as well as reacting appropriately to changing prioritiesAbility to communicate effectively in person, in writing, and on the phoneAttention to detailAnalytical and creative problem-solving skillsStrong ability to organize tasks and dataPreferred ExperienceCorporate experience in the Financial Services or Benefits Industry (preferred, but not required)Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, or non-qualified deferred compensation plan administration experience (preferred, but not required)Education & Application Information Degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business, or relations field, or equivalent years of industry experience. A portfolio is required to be uploaded or linked. Applicants for this role, which is part of the Launch program, should graduate between December 2022 – May 2023 and have a GPA of 3.0 or above. Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required for U.S. office locations.
