Commercial Relationship Specialist

Profile

This full-time position is expected to grow loans and deposits of the credit union through developing and managing member depository relationships, within a mixed portfolio of business, SEG and personal member relationships combined with the sales of treasury management, electronic services, and other related services. Generate commercial loans, deposits and noninterest income for the credit union and refer consumer loan opportunities to the appropriate departments. Working closely with the commercial services team to expand the current portfolio when appropriate.
Education & Experience Expectations
Three years banking experience, specifically within depository/treasury management, required.
Proven sales experience, meeting and exceeding established expectations, required.
Proven implementation of new products, services and/or processes, required.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, preferred.
Previous lending experience, preferred.
Previous leadership experience, preferred.
Possess excellent listening, clear verbal, and professional written communication and teamwork skills.
