Profile

This candidate will be part of the International Finance and Accounting group focused on Financial Reporting and Controllership, as well as supporting strategic initiatives across the International segment. This position will need to demonstrate strong executional excellence and business partnership with the in-country International business unit finance and accounting managers/directors. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the International and Other Segment and related BUs financial statements and supporting information is timely and accurately reported to support the Corporate external and internal reporting requirements, as well as support the International segment, region and business unit leadership team.

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to: the month-end close process (e.g. BU consolidation and reporting), reporting/analyzing KPIs (e.g. working capital and SG&A), financial statement analysis, control execution or review, overseeing financial information request, budgeting/planning, as well as other strategic initiatives/projects such as cost saving initiatives, report automation/process improvement, etc. All of the above activities are performed with an ownership mindset in a dynamic team environment demonstrating close collaboration within the Finance team and with cross-functional partners.

Additional duties may be assigned.REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting. MBA preferred

Experience: 5-8 years’ experience in accounting related experience. Public accounting or corporate consolidations experience preferred. Demonstrated success in roles requiring strong analytical and systems skills. Must possess the ability to streamline internal processes along with having strong prioritization and organizational skills.

Communication Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills required, including the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and leaders

Organization Skills: Complexity with the disaggregated business unites, systems and processes require strong organization and documentation skills.Computer Skills: Requires strong computer skills; must have strong working ability with Excel, PowerQuery, MS Teams, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook; working knowledge of typical general ledger and accounting software packages preferred; SAP experience is highly preferred.

Special Skills: MBA or CPA candidate preferred. Ability to leverage visualization tools (PowerBI). Ability to work with a diverse group of people across various levels, functions, and locations.
