Aon is looking for a Cyber Broker Regional ManagerThis Regional Leader will be responsible for delivering the level of client support that our clients expect, especially for client presentations, education, and market negotiations.  Aon is seeing an increase in requests for Cyber Insurance across the Latin America region, and we need your help to best serve our clients! Incorporating a broker in Latin America that can support our regional work in educating our internal and external clients in the relevant aspects of cyber insurance, while negotiating with all our trading partners, either locally or regionally, including our reinsurance colleagues, will enhance Aon’s capabilities, strength our footprint and accelerate revenues streams. This regional cyber broker will also be able to relay with our AGRC team to explore any cyber captive solution that enables clients to manage and transfer their cyber risk, replicating the best terms and conditions possible under this alternative risk transfer tool. This new resource will also lead the deployment of new Aon Cyber Solutions necessary to support clients locally. The location is flexible within Latin America and South America. Your impact as a Cyber Broker Regional ManagerJob Responsibilities:Educate Aon’s teams on cyber insurance coverage and capabilitiesCollaboratively support local teams in external client presentations regarding cyber risk solutionsIdentify client opportunities and support the building and monitoring of cyber pipelines across the regionMonitor Cyber Broking budgets, revenue goals and assist with the determination of regional revenue goalsServe as a trusted liaison between clients and carriers during contract negotiationsRepresent Aon during internal and external events, always positioning Aon as the subject-matter expert on cyber and risk mitigation.Liaise with global resources to ensure that our value proposition is fully aligned with out clients’ goals and that our local teams have all the tools required to generate value for our clients.Track emerging security practices and contribute to building internal processes by collaboratively sharing this knowledge with others.You Bring Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Experience:8 years of experience as a cyber broker or cyber underwriter in the Latin American region; 6 years managing cyber risk, including cyber security standards in Latin American corporations or financial institutions.Technical experience in Cyber Insurance, NIST/ ISO27001 frameworks and Risk ManagementSpanish & English proficiencyProficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)Education:Bachelor’s degree in Economic Studies, Finance, Risk Management, Systems Engineering,  a related field or equivalent industry experience requiredCómo apoyamos a nuestros colegas   Además de nuestro paquete integral de beneficios, alentamos una fuerza laboral diversa.
