The Senior Analyst, Banking Operations will be responsible for supporting banking operations activities and ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and internal control standards. The Senior Analyst will work closely with the Manager to focus on centralizing activities, maximizing efficiencies, implementing best practices & supporting the Treasury team in synergy achievement.
Key Roles and Responsibilities include:
•Analyze bank fees and rationalize bank products and services
•Assist with managing TAMS system and FBAR processes
•Support global bank signatory centralization & simplification project
•Support banking consolidation project
•Assist with banking portal reporting process in TAMS
•Assist with ad-hoc projects to centralize and streamline bank portal management
•Assist with FACT system administration & reporting - partnering with International Treasury & markets
•Support Quantum static data maintenance
•Support Quantum system administration function
Support User Access Rights cycles and ad-hoc signatory/user audit projects
Requirements include:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration with at least 5 years business and/or banking experience
•Accuracy and attention to detail required
•Excellent time management, project management and organizational skills
•Excellent written and oral communication skills
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Quantum applications
•Understanding of treasury operations and payment processing is a plus
