Description
The Data and Reporting Professional 2 generates ad hoc reports and regular datasets or report information for end-users using system tools and databases. The Data and Reporting Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
Responsibilities
Where you Come In
The Data and Reporting Professional 2 integrates data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements. Programs and maintains report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources. May create specifications for reports based on business requests. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Able to meet deadlines for monthly/weekly reporting dashboards, ad hoc and reporting requests from leadership
Work with highly confidential data and meet all confidential required guidelines
Generate ad hoc reports
Create reports under the direction of Legal and Compliance
This role works closely with Humana Special Investigation Unit Operational Reporting

Required Qualifications - What it takes to Succeed
Associates Degree or equivalent completed coursework
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
In-depth experience in Microsoft Excel including formulas, such as proficiency with VLookup, pivots, charts, and graphs
Demonstrated superior organizational skills to keep track of multiple requests and projects in queue
Must be able to handle working in a strict confidential environment
Ability to travel up to 10% across the US once travel restrictions are lifted
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Experience in SQL, SAS, QlikView and Tableau
Prior experience working in a system analytics and/or data warehousing environment
Experience in a Legal/Compliance role
SharePoint experience

Work at Home Requirements
Must have a separate room with a locked door that can be used as a home office to ensure you have absolute and continuous privacy while you work.
