Entry Level Credit Analyst
Our client in Catskill, NY is seeking a Credit Analyst.
The Credit Analyst will analyze all relevant credit and financial data on new, renewal and existing loans to evaluate the creditworthiness of the prospect and/or existing borrowers in order to assist with the loan decision-making process.
Commercial Credit Analyst Responsibilities
Performs credit analysis by reviewing financial documents. Works with customers to establish and update lines of credit. Negotiates and maintains collateral and other risk mitigating credit documents.
Works in conjunction with Account Executives to collect delinquent balances of large commercial and industrial accounts. Negotiates payment plans and formulates collection strategies to minimize delinquencies and write-offs.
Provides analytical support for special projects. Identifies and captures the necessary data for business decisions. Participates in the development of credit risk mitigating strategies for major projects.
Provides guidance to clients on tariff rules, policies and procedures to meet their business needs.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Recent Grads, with bachelor’s degrees in, Business, Finance or Accounting encouraged to apply!
This is a full time opportunity, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.This is a Direct Hire opportunity! Annual Salary: $41,000
