It’s an environment which encourages you to achieve your best - together we’ll empower results. ResponsibilitiesManage, co-ordinate and develop new Financial Institutions business across the regionAnalyse and develop the existing Asia Financial Institutions portfolio to determine and review what is successfully working and what needs to be discontinued or modified to be successfulDevelop and own annual business plans focused upon Financial Institutions Local Market Planning (LMP) delivering growth and efficiency with effective solutionsLead Financial Institutions business development commercial efforts to launch new Affinity programs, including but not limited to:Establishing contacts with prospective business partners in the regionDeveloping and writing business proposals (including financial projections and profitability studies) for prospectsDeveloping and managing relationships with insurance companies (in cooperation/coordination with the broking teams as applicable) and vendorsLead high level relationship management of existing Financial Institutions clientsManage sales expectations as relates to program performance objectives with InsurersExplore new cross-sell and/or penetration opportunities (i.e. products, programs, etc.)Oversee the implementation; roll out, project management of current Financial Institutions projects including the overseeing of new Financial Institutions opportunities:Assist and guide country specific Affinity staff in these areas including market insurer negotiationsDevelop & manage product & solutions as required to support identified new business opportunitiesWork closely and directly with all Aon colleagues, local client segments, Specialty teams as well as other resources including Sales & Marketing, Bid Management, IT and the Regional Office, Legal and Contracts departments.Ensure financial responsibilities within the reporting line, including but not limited to developing marketing budgets, developing marketing campaign assumptions, managing programs to comply with financial budgets. RequirementsDegree or post graduate degree in a business-related disciplineCertificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent Associate, Diploma related certificateMinimum 10 years of relevant experience in Broking, General Insurance or related industryPractical experience in Affinity or Financial Institutions Programme Development and Management including the business process flow between relevant partiesStrong relationship building, customer focus and management skillsStrong skills in negotiation, underwriting, risk evaluation and decision makingAn analytical mindset and a talent for data interpretationStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence othersExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrategic selling and presentation skillsSelf-starter that possesses initiative and takes on accountabilityPractical understanding of Regulatory requirements concerning basic Affinity program structures across AsiaStrong awareness of Industry emerging trends or disruptersFluency in one or more main Asian languages is an advantage How to ApplyYour opportunity to empower results could start right here.
