DHL’s Global Business Services (GBS) Insurance & Risk Management (IRM) group is hiring a Regional Head of Systems’ Management in Plantation, Florida. You will lead the GBS IRM Risk Management Information System (RMIS) function in the Americas Region supporting all Business Partners and the 3 Claims Offices (Plantation - FL, Mexico City - Mexico and Sao Paulo - Brazil). This is a technical role with extensive customer relationship management skills. RMIS is principally used for cross class Claims Management / Reporting functions and is also used: to house a Contract Risk database; to provide Health & Safety incident reporting and investigation; and for Insurance administrative functions. Your Day To Day Responsibilities Include: · Maintenance, development/design and implementation of enhancements to RMIS and provide associated training. · Owning relationships and SLA’s with all systems used to support the Americas Insurance and Risk Management function, including but not limited to RMIS vendor, Incident Intake vendors, and Third Party Administrator. · Managing all systems / user requests and facilitating requests to appropriate resolution. Ticket administration: issues and errors, report and resolve in cooperation with vendor. · Conducting integrity checks and validation of records to ensure system functionality and compliance with expectations. · Driving continuous improvement through recommendations for custom system enhancements. · Leading implementation in collaboration with vendor support and business process owners to eliminate inefficiencies within all claims management and risk business processes. · Planning, coordinating, and executinges initiatives and improvement projects. · Building and maintaining data warehousing solutions for customer contracts, insurance policy administration, and property management. · Oversees all regional claims reporting requirements, including scorecards, executive summaries, large loss reports, trend analysis. · Leading process improvement initiatives based on data/trend analysis. · Assisting in IRM’s financial reporting, including monthly allocations, variable chargebacks, actuarial data. · Strategizes and designs reporting techniques and solutions in collaboration with IRM teams, Senior Management, and Business Partners to continue to promote continuous improvement. · Designing and building management reports and tools for team leads, providing visibility to team activity. · Identifying proper data sources for gathering, tracking and summarizing insurance renewal data. · The internal maintenance of the system, Configuration, Setting up users and their permissions; Creating objects and fields; building workflows and templates; creating reports and dashboards in RMIS · Setting up and managing reports for Management and for Business colleagues; Develop and manage other (ad-hoc) reports and dashboards. · Development of the system: Process ideas according to Governance Model; · Testing new releases and functionalities; Sign of before go-live. Support for countries and local super users. Communicating Best practice on use of system; New releases; Reported errors. · Training; Creating Handbook, Material and guides; and perform on site training. · System and process documentation. Your skills and qualifications include: · Minimum 5 years’ experience with information / data / systems analysis · 5yrs working experience within the Transportation, Logistics and Supply Chain industry. · 5yrs Claims experience across North and South America. · Proficient / Certificate in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Power BI · Experience on the Salesforce platform (preferably Riskonnect) · Bachelor’s Degree and preferably Master’s Degree in Finance, Risk Management or equivalent. · Languages – English, Full professional proficiency and Spanish and Portuguese to a professional proficiency. · Planning and organizational skills; · Strong analytical skills and accuracy needed to analyze and evaluate policies and reports; · Strong social skills as you’ll be working with colleagues in both the Americas and European regions; · Flexible setting with regard to working hours and travel.
