IBM Global Business Services is hiring new management consultants for its Public Sector Financial Management consulting group. We are looking for qualified candidates to join our growing Financial Management practice. Consultants will perform a range of functions for public sector clients, including financial analysis, financial statement compilation, general ledger accounting, business process analysis & reengineering, internal control reviews, cost management, budgeting, statistical & data analysis, and general process improvement. We are looking for applicants with strong academic records and skills in financial analysis and problem solving. In addition, candidates should have excellent verbal and communication skills and must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Candidates should be able to meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks concurrently and be adaptable to new assignments, systems, and tools. A bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is preferred. US Citizenship is required. The world continues to get smaller and flatter. But we see now that being connected isn't enough.
