ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. This opportunity is to support several functional areas such as Finance, HR, Facilities, WR Security, Legal and Engineering. The preferred candidate will have experience supporting business functions, with a deep understanding of financial statements, financial modeling, and planning & forecasting cycle, while proactively partnering with the business to aid in decision making and provide overall business support.
Interface & Collaboration 
Report directly to the Senior Director of Corporate FP&A
You will be an integral part of the worldwide FP&A team
You will collaborate with Business Partners, Finance & Accounting as well as cross functionally throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
Be a trusted finance partner and develop strong, collaborative relationships with executive level business partners and key stakeholders in the G&A and Engineering organization
Own the monthly financial close process related to G&A and Engineering Org expenses
Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management, including supporting monthly and quarterly business reviews
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives
Develop and maintain KPIs to monitor business performance
Conduct ad hoc analysis to support business needs
Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior leadership
Continuously improve financial processes and procedures

are required to be analytical and effective communicators 
Proven track record of financial statement analysis and developing impactful business analysis 
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance or business, MBA a plus 
Minimum of 5 years of financial analysis experience preferably with a software company in a high visibility finance, strategy or analytics role 
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills highly desired 
Knowledge of Oracle, Salesforce, Adaptive Planning, Anaplan would be a benefit

Compensation
The annual base salary range for this role’s listed grade level is currently $
146300 - $166,810 plus bonus for California. Salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, location and abilities of the applicant, and equity with other team members. Employees in this role are also eligible for the following benefits in accordance with the terms of the Company's plans: health, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, flex time off, eligibility to enroll in 401k, 12 paid holidays.
