The Opportunity Our Christchurch branch currently has an opening for an Account Broker to join the team. This role would see you responsible for supporting the day-to-day servicing and growth of a primarily commercial portfolio, with some domestic lines. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to progress their career and move into the insurance industry. You would be responsible for: Working alongside and supporting a senior account managerManaging client quotes and renewalsManaging the insurance claims process for clientsPreparing policy schedules, client presentations, and reportsWorking with clients’ insurance providers and external vendorsSupporting ad-hoc branch duties alongside the wider team. About you You could have a background in Administration & Customer Service with a passion for putting the customer first and going the extra mile.
