If you have this type of passion, we invite you to take a look at the opportunities available to come join our team.We are currently seeking a Senior Credit Analyst for maternity cover, key job activities include:Performing credit and financial analysis on new and existing customers, providing qualitative and quantitative analysis of customers before recommending a suitable credit limits to management.Working closely with sales / customer service team to ensure revenue forecast is captured correctly and suitable credit limits are allocated to customers.Work with customers on getting suitable collateral, e.g. Standby letters of credit, parent companys guarantee, third party corporate guarantee, bankers guarantee or structure in other ways to ensure that Xilinxs risk is mitigated while not compromising revenue.Organizing periodical meetings with sales / customers service team / finance team to provide customers credit updates, identify credit limit gaps and plan tactical steps to fill in credit limit gaps in order to minimize credit risk.Execute credit/collections processes in strict compliance to credit policies, ensure control is always in place at stipulated standard and no major deficiencies identified in audits.Preparing weekly top debtor reports and credit/collection activities update to managementPreparing quarterly worldwide customer credit risk review, update scorecards, credit line reviews, monthly reports and customer account records as required.Performing updated customer credit risk review for higher risk customers and present results/recommendations to Credit Manager. Reassess the approved credit limit of small private companies and incorporate customer qualitative info in the credit review process.Planning and executing maximize cash cycle, maintain and improve customer payment cycle, manage and prevent payment delay by customers including but not limited to implementing shipments hold for delinquent customers etc.Pro-actively monitoring customer credit limit exposures and managing within approved credit limit ensuring that there is no exceeding of credit limit at all times.Ensuring customers pay within approved credit term and to escalate any issues if there are any delinquencies exceeding approved term. Escalating any concerns or limits that are exceeded to management as per established proceduresAny other duties from time to time including but not limited to: support SOX documentation, testing and audit requirements, recommend and implement process improvements through the use of technology, ad-hoc analysis/reporting/projects to assist the Treasury and Credit organizations.The successful candidate should possess / be able to:At least a Bachelor's degree with concentration in Accounting, Finance or similar studies.Minimum 3-5 years corporate credit or collection experience preferred.Work independently and within a team,Think through issues and providing a deep dive analysis into a deal flow mitigating Xilinxs risk while not compromising revenue.Evaluate credit and financial issues and perform in-depth analysis, strong analytical and communication skills.Multi-task, coordinate tasks among various internal and external stakeholders on projects, work under pressure and in a fast paced environment.Possess hands-on knowledge of oracle system.
