Job
Description
This
position will be reporting directly to the Director - Finance Manager. In this
role, you will be providing comprehensive and complex financial analyses for
the bank’s IT Application Development business unit. You will prepare complex
analytical and financial reports.
Major Responsibilities include:Manage the budget and forecast process, including
associated analysis of financial results, developing financial summaries,
and presentation to management. Act as a advisor to business partners by advising on
business cases, cost containment strategies, trends, and financial
performance. Collaborating with various stakeholders in corporate
FP&A, controllers, sourcing and A/P on finance topics such as budgeting,
forecasting, accruals, etc. Improving and establishing financial governance as
needed for reporting and annual budgeting (capital and operating). Support special projects and business combinations by
constructing appropriate financial analysis. Provides written analysis and interpretation of
results. Maintain a close understanding of business risks and
opportunities. Establishes financial assumptions and critical decision
variables. Responsible for month end close including variance
explanations, accruals, and reclasses.

Requirements:
BS/BA in Finance, Business or Accounting required.0-3 years of in performing financial analysis.Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting
Principles (GAAP)
Financial and business acumen.Knowledge and experience with Hyperion, Excel, Power
Point and Business Objects a plusAdvanced Technical Skills in Excel and Visual Basics
(desired)Operational budgeting experience desired.
