Global Benefits at AON is looking for:  Global Benefits Senior Consultant/ConsultantExperienced consultant with advanced technical and consulting skills, leads projects and client teams with limited direction Aon is in the business of better decisions At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.  As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.  What the day will look likeManages multiple projects simultaneously, from start to finish, with limited directionMeets financial targets for respective roleResolves client issues at appropriate levels and inform relationship manager and other team members of pertinent issuesTakes lead on day-to-day client initiatives, as appropriateAssists AVP/ VP with leading client team in the completion of major renewal coordination milestonesAssists AVP/ VP with monitoring time spend and project budgetBegins to lead problem-solving and effective integration of solutions to problemsCommunicates with external parties to resolve issues, research and respond to routine inquiries, gather and prepare dataCollects, analyzes and prepares information to facilitate client requestsIdentifies and resolves inconsistencies with dataDrafts and finalizes client materials for global benefits projectsAchieves specified client servicing deliverable and goals based on project scope and statement of workAssists with conducting client meetings and presents results as an integral part of a collaborative client service teamAnticipates and addresses client and team needsContinues to influence client decision makingContinues to develop in-depth relationshipsSkills and experience that will lead to successExhibits high quality client interaction skillsAssists AVP/ VP with monitoring time spend, project budget and sales/ marketing initiatives as appropriateParticipates in training opportunities to remain current with regulatory environmentCompletes courses relevant to skills necessary for positionKeeps informed regarding industry information, new product information, legislation, coverages and technologyAsks appropriate questionsBachelors degree (business, mathematics, finance, economics, etc.)4 years or more of direct experience recommended How we support our colleagues  In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
