The Associate Director, will be a key member of the US Commercial Cell Therapy (CT) Finance team. They will partner across the different US CT brands to understand financial performance and provide reporting and metrics as well as develop and drive strategic initiatives for the CT team. The role will be located in Summit, New Jersey and will be a key contributor in providing financial stewardship and oversight for the US Commercial Cell Therapy organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Associate Director, US Commercial Cell Therapy Finance, will be responsible for supporting all aspects of planning and analysis for US Hematology with a focus on Cell Therapy. Partnering closely with Commercial leadership and Finance colleagues, this position will provide key support for making strategic and financial decisions while leading the day-to-day finance activities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Requirements:


7-10 years experience in Finance
Relevant U.S. or other market experience in Pharma supporting multiple functions/BUs
Strong working knowledge of financial systems including SAP/Oracle and Hyperion preferred
Ability to work constructively across a complex matrix organization with multiple stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize large amount of complex data into meaningful insights and conclusions
Experienced in effectively communicating financial insights to senior leaders
Experience in product specific financial planning and analysis and sales forecasting is a plus
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
