About the job
This position is needed to
operate as the primary Finance partner supporting our rapidly growing Advanced Communications product line. In this role, the individual will perform holistic Financial analytics for the Advanced Communications product inclusive, but not limited to P&L performance reviews, OPEX and HC management and provide strategic support for critical planning sessions.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Perform monthly Financial reviews with senior management.
Manage day-to-day workforce planning activities.
Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business critical decisions
Utilize critical thinking to drive improvements in current business processes (e.g. financial reporting automation).

Required:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
3 years of experience in FP&A or other Finance-related fields/
Strong communication skills and experience presenting Financial results to C-suite leadership
Exceptional analytical skills and clear thinking; experience building scalable models and processes
Fluent understanding of Product P&L, dynamics, unit economics and common SaaS metrics
Desired:
Financial experience in SaaS/ Tech industry
Proficient experience using Anaplan, Looker and Google sheets
Location
This role will be
remote based preferably in Mountain or Central Time Zone.
Approximately 5
% travel is anticipated.

Colorado applicants:
The estimated pay range for this role, based in Colorado, is
$74,560 - $93,200
Non-Sales: Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state. This role is also eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
