Winston & Strawn is looking for a mid-level associate to join their private equity group. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of broad corporate experience with familiarity with private equity and debt transactions. Experience with SBIC funds is preferred, but not required. While Chicago is our principal focus for this position, candidates for our other offices will be considered. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their office location.
