Manager, Executive Compensation & Equity Be a part of an industry-leading team managing day-to-day long-term incentive and executive compensation activities!This position can be worked virtually from anywhere in the Continental United States. What the day will look like Will manage the company-wide long-term incentive and executive compensation programs to support business strategies. Complete detailed analysis and identify trends that support design and administration of compensation policies, processes and practices.Oversee day to day support and manage all aspects of Aon’s equity plans which includes administration of RSU grants, vesting, and terminationsSupport employee experience and understanding of equity programs by creating communication materialsLead in preparing Annual Proxy Statement and materials for the Compensation Committee and Board of Director meetingsResearch and analyze a variety of executive compensation topics. Conduct ad-hoc analysis, special projects and draft white papers, as assignedProvide consultation on executive compensation matters to executives and people organization colleagues. Mentor analyst on the teamPartner with legal, tax, treasury, payroll and accounting in support of all executive compensation and equity plan mattersSkills and experience that will lead to successEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or equivalent years of industry experience5 plus years of relevant experience (stock plan administration, executive compensation, broad based compensation)Possesses advanced analytical, technical and problem-solving skills and abilitiesPossesses advanced Excel skillsExcellent communication and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail with high regard for accuracy and confidentialityHow we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
