The combined business has ~$400 billion in Assets under Management and ~4,000 advisors who work out of 3,500 branches and 21 offices.   The Field Finance & Business Management team directly supports the Chase Wealth Management CEO and the field organization of ~4,000 advisors.  The Divisional Business Managers provide dedicated support to one of three Divisional Directors of Wealth (East, West and Central) and manage a team that supports the Regional Directors of Wealth in each division.  The ED, Business Management will grow and develop their team in key hubs of New York, Columbus and Bangalore, as well as other smaller regional offices (including California) supporting the Field.   The Divisional Business Manager serves as a strategic leader and primary point of contact for financial decision making within their aligned territory.  They will provide strategic financial input to the Division Director and key stakeholders within the division, including members of the senior management team across the organization.  The successful Divisional Business Manager will reinforce the firm's business model for generating customer value and drive financial and non-financial results.   The team will partner closely with the Consumer Banking Finance & Business Management team to help field leadership achieve common objectives through our branch distribution network.    Must be able to regularly interface with senior field leadership to advise, present and interpret financial and business information.   Key Responsibilities: Serves as a trusted advisor to the Divisional Director, providing clarity on how to best use analytics to gain insights, evaluate metrics, and drive resultsIn collaboration with the Divisional Leadership Team, provides strategic analytical and business management support for the Wealth Management business, with the responsibility for planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the division’s performance from every relevant perspectiveLeverages a deep understanding of business and financial principles and a working knowledge of key business drivers to coordinate the long-range plans of the division, assesses the performance requirements implicit in these plans, and works alongside the Divisional Leadership Team to executeEstablishes and maintains lines of communication with key stakeholders throughout the Division (e.g. Cross-Line of Business Leaders, Sales, Comp, Administration, Operations, HR, Recruiting, etc.) in conjunction with the Division Director. Business Manager will also act as a conduit for broader finance organization (e.g. Investments Product Finance, P&A, Workforce Planning, Retail Analysis, Operational Risk, etc.)Leads a team of Regional Business Managers with a focus on recruiting, developing, and retaining a diverse team of top talentMaintains a comprehensive view of the competitive landscape; leverages industry expertise and competitive insights to develop thoughtful performance metrics that  are aligned with the firm’s prioritiesMaintain budget and forecast for field HC and expense; drive expense management in the fieldDevelop next generation of field reporting in dashboards and drive adoption across the field organizationPerform ad hoc analysis in support of financial and strategic goalsOversee/prepare business review materials Recruit, develop and manage top talent  ','!*!


Qualifications:

Strong team
