The candidate will need to live within a reasonable commuting distance to our office locations in Arlington, TN, Flower Mound, TX or Mahwah, NJ . You will need to be in the office 2-3 days a week but will have the flexibility to work from home on the other days.

What you will do

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Advanced Operations Team for the Trauma & Extremities division. You will ensure the accuracy and attainment of the AO functions' budget and projections. You will work on securing capital investments for New Product Introductions into manufacturing plants as well as owning the standard cost setting process for those NPIs.


Collaborate with commercial finance and other stakeholders to manage monthly close activities to ensure accuracy of AO functions financial statements. Closely monitor AO and other cost allocations.
Work on Capital Expenditure Request for New Product Introductions, by preparing, submitting and presenting the required resource needs to the necessary committees
Lead the planning and forecasting processes working closely with the commercial business and other stakeholders.
Build effective relationships with functional leads.
Own the cost setting process for the standard costs of all New Product Introductions in your area of responsibility
Support preparation of corporate functions monthly reporting package ensuring accuracy and timely publication to Business partners and Commercial Finance.
Perform financial analysis and provide key financial information and analysis in support of management decision making and strategy.
Continuously improve job environment and processes.
Support ad hoc analysis


What you need


Bachelor's degree required; preference for Finance or Accounting.
2 years professional work experience required
Strong ability to coordinate action across dispersed workforce and highly matrixed organization
Strong excel skills.
Experience in ERP systems
HFM experience preferred.
