SAAS AR/Revenue Specialist
Location: 100% Remote
Hourly Pay: $25 - $30 / hour (pay rate depending on applicable experience)
Job Responsibilities:
Manage customer collections and help with efficient customer communication in collection efforts, work with FP&A to forecast monthly and quarterly collections, and send updates highlighting key accounts and overall health of AR balance
Review customer contracts for application of appropriate revenue recognition in accordance with U.S. GAAP
Oversee the billing process, ensuring all contracts are posted and reviewed in a timely manner
Responsible for month-end close activities, including review of all balance sheet reconciliations (accounts receivable, deferred revenue, credit balance adjustment, sales tax payable, etc.) and preparation of monthly revenue and bad debt expense
Assist with audit requests and other ad hoc projects
Requirements:
Billing and collections in SaaS industry highly preferred
Knowledge of ERP systems, Zuora, and/or Salesforce experience a plus
Ability to interview and start as soon as possible
Bachelor or Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance - or other relevant experience in lieu of degree
