We are seeking a Director of Project Management to join our team. The Director of Project Management will build a team that is responsible for the management of project operations across the enterprise.
The Director of Project Management’s responsibilities will be:
To help build a centralized Project Management team that will service a variety of business and development teams and projects.
Design a standardized process for training project managers.
Establish and implement firm-wide standards, processes, and tools to be used for effective project delivery.
Establish processes through which the firm can set and monitor productivity and quality targets for all projects.
Implement process to clearly document and define scope, goals, timeline, and objective of all projects.
Respond to and coordinate responses to escalated project issues that may impede project delivery.
Monitor and analyze project metrics to identify challenges and areas for operational improvement or cost and time savings for future projects.
You are someone who has:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or a similar field preferred.
5 years of management experience in a Project Management role.
Highly motivated individual, proactive and independently takes initiative.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Experience with Jira, Confluence or other project management software preferred.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
