Position Summary

The Manager, FP&A - Product & Innovation will be a key member of this team reporting directly to the Director of FP&A, overseeing all product creation from Innovation through all product divisions. This position will be an integral business partner responsible for building the financial infrastructure to support our global teams by challenging and supporting the leadership team, anticipating business issues, and driving good decision-making through sound financial management.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities


Providing financial leadership, P&L management, and strategic support for the Innovation teams
Lead the development of long-range plans (LRP) with the Global team; ensure Innovation pipeline feeds into Product & Regional financials
Assist Innovation leadership with project portfolio plans; measure against internal and industry benchmarks/KPI’s
Support monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range financial planning, analysis, & reporting processes for Innovation SG&A
Consolidate $100M SG&A across Innovation and Global Product
Provide monthly reporting and analysis to each cost center owner
Think through current and future resource allocation to drive optimal results
FP&A owner of Licensors (i.e., Curry, Rock, Brady, Harper); monitor performance, partner with Regions to forecast business; support external reporting to licensors
Support business development initiatives (e.g., product launches, entrance to new distribution and markets, etc.) through strategic analysis, investment optimization analytics, valuation, and financial due diligence
Lead ad-hoc analysis for CPO Leadership
Global Licensing finance leader; contract reviews, ad-hoc analysis of licensed vs. in-house modeling, global consolidation of licensing
Drive efficiencies in our processes thru standardization and automation of dashboards, reports, & templates as well as calendar alignment around key dates & deadlines

Education And / Or Experience


Bachelor's degree required
5-8 years of progressive experience in Finance, Strategy, or Business Analysis
Expertise in Excel, financial modeling, cash flow valuation, scenario/sensitivity analysis, and ROI, NPV, and IRR analyses
Solid understanding of accounting rules and regulations


Other Requirements


Location: This position is fully remote
MBA strongly preferred
SAP, Hyperion, IBPf, Anaplan, or Cognos experience preferred
Prior experience with consumer products preferred
