Winston & Strawn is looking for an associate to join the investment funds group. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 - 6 years of fund formation experience with private fund managers in the structuring, formation and management of investment funds, and their related management companies specifically as it relates to private equity, private debt and venture capital funds. Experience drafting or reviewing private offering materials is required. Candidates for all offices will be considered. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location.
