Certified Mobile Notary Service (****is looking for someone to fill the position of a Lead Loan Coordinator to work in a telecommute capacity in the U.S.
The Lead Loan Coordinator Team is expected to perform a variety of duties using comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures for loan products, to support the Loan Coordinator team and Loan Coordinator Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for oversight of loan progression from initial Underwriting approval through final clear to close.
Daily reporting to team regarding loan progression and required tasks.
Work with Underwriting and Closing managers/leads daily to ensure loans meet required deadlines for CD and CTC.
Provide support to Loan Coordinators, where needed, with loan/broker escalations.
Assists with development and delivery of training material and best practices for new/updated policies.
Provide pipeline coverage when Loan Coordinators are out of the office.
Must have full understanding of all Loan Coordinator job functions.
Respond to emails and/or voicemails within 2-hour SLA.
Keep Brokers and Account Executives informed on loan status and next steps.
Review/spot check loans to provide Loan Coordinator performance feedback to Loan Coordinator Manager.
Provide excellent customer service to our brokers.
Be a strong proponent of the “We Care” attitude to lead by example with the Loan Coordinator team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years of Processing experience.
Prior leadership experience is preferred.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
FHA Conventional VA and USDA loans required.
Compliance including ATR/QM and TRID is required.
Encompass and paperless environment is ideal.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.
PAYMENT: $85.00-$200.00 per loan document appointment
