Aon Advantage Funds is looking for an Analyst in Private Credit Portfolio Management to be part of a growing team investing growth capital in innovation-led companies! Are you ready to innovate?The Aon Advantage Funds team serves clients by delivering innovative and effective private credit solutions allowing mid-stage, growth companies to use their IP as collateral for debt investment. Part of Aon's New Ventures Group (NVG), Aon Advantage Funds is a global leader in assessing and valuing IP assets, leveraging a proprietary, industry-defining IP analytics platform. If you are looking to join a growing team working on this new alternative financing opportunity – we are ready for you! The Analyst role can sit our New York, NY, Chicago, IL, or Washington, DC offices, and will report directly to the Jr. Portfolio Manager. Position ResponsibilitiesAssist team in identifying and developing opportunities for IP backed debt transactions across diverse geographies and solution lines.Develop and present data analysis and processes to senior management team.Produce quantitative modeling of financial transactionsManage transaction pipeline and assist in deal documentationPerform research and analysis to support the development and identification of prospects.Work collaboratively with internal business partners across Aon to enable shared success.What you offer UsYou have 2-3 years of experience in debt capital markets or corporate finance background, experience in investment banking, sales and trading, or other capacity as an investment specialist. You have the aptitude to support M&A and other advisory transaction dialogue and activity. You come to is with a strong research and financial analysis skill set as well as solid team-based collaboration skills.
