Sales Program Coordinatoru00A0Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Sales Program Coordinator to join us onsite at our Corporate office in Greeley, CO.Responsibilities:Process payments and deductions related to MDF items and End User accountsu2013 dailyResearch deviations related to billback payment requests and deductions u2013 dailyWork with sales team and customers on denied trade deductions - weeklyMaintain Brokerage, Rebate, and MDF agreements on a monthly, weekly, or daily basis when proper paperwork is provided by Sales personnelMonitor materials and ship-tou2019s that are added to the system to communicate with Sales to determine whether or not items need to be added to current agreements u2013 dailyWork with Brokers to reconcile Brokerage payments and ensure accurate payments u2013 weekly/monthlyMaintain accurate files of all programs and paymentsRun reports for Sales Reps u2013 as requestedOther duties as assignedu00A0Qualifications: Associates degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience requiredExperience in Excel requiredSAP experience preferredAbility to work proactively in a high-paced deadline-oriented environmentExcellent organizational skills requiredMust be focused, detail and numbers oriented, and have the ability to multi taskSAP experience preferredExcellent communication skills; both oral and written requiredAbility to communicate and work closely with supervisor relative to critical/urgent sales programs issuesHigh level of synergy is critical to successMust be able to set goals and successfully meet deadlinesu00A0The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;Base salary range of $19-$21/hr; andu00A0For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, JBS and Pilgrimu2019s is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role.
