Support all divisional background check processes to ensure appropriate hiring decisions and compliance with EEOC or in-country regulations. Supplies support for the division and corporate LP teams on analysis and COUPA related billing issues associated with vendors for the LP department.   POSITION REQUIREMENTS FORMAL EDUCATION: Required: HS Diploma   Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree (or working toward) in Finance, Accounting, or Criminal Justice   KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required: Multiple site/store oversight experience   Preferred: Background in data analytics, understanding of tableau and building reports and basic data building knowledge Understanding of physical security, billing reconciliation and Coupa WZ Certified   TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Required:  Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)   Preferred: Experience with exception reporting programs Experience with Loss Prevention Management systems (LPMS, Ethics Point, etc.) Experience with Coupa, Sweeps or other invoicing management systems   Sherwin-Williams is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer committed to an inclusive and diverse workplace.
