CommercialnFinance Americas is seeking a highly-motivated and detail orientated LeasenAdministrator that provides a broad range of contract related administrativensupport from the originations of the contract to booking. The position will require an individual withnat least 5 five years experience of documentation generation, funding andnbooking of contracts, as well as an understanding of documentation, pricing,ndifferent deal structures and Uniform Commercial Code. Excellent organizational, communication andncoordination skills are key to this role, as well as flexibility to adjust prioritynin a changing environment and to understand and mitigate risk to the company by understanding the credit requirements.This position will be based in Malvern PA and report to the Team Leadernof COF Healthcare Business. The Lease Administrator will work in a team-oriented and results focusednenvironment with other Lease Administrators, Regional Finance Managers, Credit Analysts,nAsset Managers, Customer Solutions and Counsel. Responsibilities:n Support our Regional Finance Managers onn various requests and matters, including but not limited to, obtainingn required approvals from Credit and Siemens Healthineers and 3rd Partyn Vendors, approved pricing, approvedn asset evaluation forms, buyouts of existing contracts, following up for invoices from 3rd partyn vendorsn Evaluate credit approvals to identify contractn documentation needs to mitigate risk to the company and obtain approvaln from Credit to defer and/or waive any credit requirements.n Ensure accuracy of requests for leasingn documentation, and ensure proper signing authority is received for anyn deviation from policy; Prepare and manage any change orders to the quote orn documentationn Draft financial documentation according to then needs and corporate structure of the clientn Coordinate and oversee multiple transactionsn to bring them to a closen Validate Data input and integrityn Coordinate and participate in the negotiationsn of contracts; arrange conference calls between in house counsel andn outside counseln Draft contract addenda based on negotiationsn Review, approve and execute documents up ton signing authority to bring the contract to a close and commence then contractn Collaborate with internal and externaln customers in order to provide accurate lease documentation, and efficientn and effective customer servicen Responsible to monitor, coordinate and managen the unapplied suspense account to ensure proper accounting standardsn Ability to work in cross functional teamsn Ensure compliance and best practices to meetn strategic objectivesn Timely filing of all Uniform Commercial Coden filings and Mobile Titles and with responsibility for ensuring a firstn priority security interest in our financed assets at all timesn Maintain deadlines and deliverable andn communicate on ongoing basis the status of the transaction to the Regionaln Finance Managers, Siemens Healthineers about any documentation concernsn that will affect the last call and delivery dates of the equipmentn Support any implementation of processes forn efficient and streamlined in operations Participate and lead in departmentn projects as needednRequired Knowledge/Skills Education and ExperienceBachelor Degree or minimum of 5 years experience inndocumentation.Minimum 5 years of combined experience innOperations and documentation, preferably background in commercial contractsProven ability to initiate appropriate actions andnfollow up actions with minimal supervisionWorking knowledge on required documentation andnrequirements needed to generate documentation and process a funding. Self motivated with ability to work under pressure withna sense of urgency and thoroughness.Ability to interact and cooperate with all levelsnof management, legal, sales, equipment suppliers, credit within a fast pacesnand diverse environmentFlexible team player willing to accept newnchallenges and assignments based on needs of the business.
