YOUR MISSION:
Lead, Inspire, and deliver Zuora’s world class Corporate FP&A function that drives visibility and business results.

Being part of the FP&A team, you’ll have visibility and have a critical role in driving the company’s strategic and financial planning process.
WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE
Provide a
rolling 12-month forecast
to provide greater visibility into future periods, better identify risks and opportunities and inform operational and strategic decisions.
Partner with the leadership team to get real-time updates and provide more visibility on tracking the functional budgets.
Deliver
excellent business partnership
to functional leaders and help solve problems.
Provide strategic alignment and strong business partnership with Strategy & Operations (including Business Technology and Data) and the G&A groups (Finance, ZEO Success, Legal, Workplace).
Act as a catalyst for change by effectively influencing better decisions.
Focus on
forecast accuracy
, providing insights on risks and opportunities.
Own the forecast, partnering with other teams for certain forecast inputs and ensuring alignment.
Understand the variances in the forecast and use those as lessons to improve the forecast process.
Strive to improve the forecast accuracy for revenue, expenses and key financial metrics, with expenses within 1% accuracy and revenue within 3% accuracy.
Identify and measure
key performance indicators
that drive the business.
Partner with the leadership team to identify key metrics (including leading indicators) to measure short term and long term goals.
Partner with business technology, data, and other business operations teams to automate all finance and business metrics reporting and dashboards to monitor the business.
Publish a quarterly management reporting that gives a comprehensive view of every part of the business.
Drive efficiency
in our processes and reporting to scale for growth.
Have a clear direction for leveraging our people, processes, and software to build an organization that scales.
Have an automation mindset for all of our manual processes, partnering cross-functionally to drive process improvements.
Develop, grow and retain
our people.
Build a work environment that promotes teamwork, partnership, recognition, mutual respect, performance feedback / management and employee satisfaction.
