SUMMARY: To lead the analytics and provide direction for the Fresh Poultry team to achieve business unit financial objectives regarding pricing direction, volume, and mix optimization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Assist in managing the execution of key pricing initiatives between Business Operations and Sales, including RFP/RFI, existing and new business pricing, new item commercialization, cost optimization, strategic business planning, capital projects, and ongoing business support
Achieve assigned financial volume and mix objectives
Develop and communicate clear definitive pricing direction, optimize whole bird return, and ensure Fresh Poultry is always competitive in sales
Engage and align cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Achieve customer satisfaction and growth in alignment with the cultural tenets, core values, company policies, and strategies of Tyson Foods


REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. Masters degree preferred: Economics, Business Administration, Finance

Experience: 10 years of industry experience.

Computer Skills: High proficient in data analysis, Excel, and general office suite. Preferred: SQL, Python, Database Management

Proficient Communication Skills: Able to communicate clearly and effectively.

Unique Skills: Supervisory skills required.

Supervisory: Required

Travel: Approximately 4-11 trips per year.
