SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...
The Senior Corp HQ Analyst will be a key member of the Corp HQ team, driving analysis and reporting to provide insights into our financials, improving systems and processes, and partnering with corporate functions stakeholders. This role will have high visibility and involve interaction with senior executives as business partners so will require an ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage planning, reporting, forecasting and analysis for headcount and operating expenses for corporate functions (IT and Facilities)
Improving our CAPEX reporting and planning
Drive monthly forecast consolidation and improve forecast accuracy across FP&A
Drive business insight and business excellence across all operating and capital expense line items and KPIs, geographies, and business units
Provide insight and support to the accounting team for monthly accruals
Build out and maintain planning model for real estate investments
Partner closely with IT and Facilities and other functions to drive consistency and alignment in business requirements, definitions, reporting hierarchies, and scalable processes to enhance and transform reporting and business intelligence.
Working on Ad Hoc and company wide high visibility Projects.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and modeling with strong Excel skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with senior management is a plus.
Prior experience of working with ERP systems including NetSuite, Anaplan or similar financial planning tools. Ability to create reports and dashboards is a plus.
Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast pace and ambiguous environment, simultaneously manage multiple priorities and drive continuous process improvements.
Attention to detail when necessary and ability to synthesize large volumes of data and summarize into presentation/management views.
Good understanding of GAAP accounting principles. Analytical and strategic thinker.
4 – 5 Years experience in high tech environments/industry.
Excellent written/verbal communication skills. Must be collaborative and willing to work in an open office, team environment.
