WHAT YOU BRING
3 years of experience in Demand and/or Retail Merchandising/Planning areas
With a consistent track record, strong consumer demand, retail math’s, financial planning, inventory planning and reporting skills
Know how to navigate in a x-functional team / team spirit
Demonstrate a very good understanding of Omnichannel Retail and coordinated market place planning strategy, as well as a confirmed understanding of process-flow through end-to-end supply chains
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage efficiently with a broad range of audiences including senior business leaders, other senior planning leaders, and highly technical talents
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
A strategic outlook and shown experience leading projects and cross-functional teams, with a track record of overcoming obstacles and challenges to meet business expectations
A self-starter mentality and be eager to drive and own end to end communication with results driven, forward thinking and proficient information seeking skills in a fast-paced environment
Ability to network, utilize internal and external resources, deliver commitments, and to meet timelines
Excellent knowledge of automated planning systems, MS Windows applications, particularly Excel
As Demand and Supply Management (DSM), we serve the Nike planning function combining insights and analytics to sense and craft how much product consumers will want, where and when they’ll want it. This offense combines work in the Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP) and Assortment Planning (AP) to support a more detailed and agile approach to serve consumers and create mutual profitability for Nike Inc. and our Partners.

Performance Authenticators has been identified as a Strategic Marketplace Unit (MPU) in our CSR ‘24-’26 to win in Performance and in our main Fields of Play. The MPU positioning is ‘The Leading Edge in Sport’.
We’re looking for a Senior Merchandise Financial Planner, to join the Performance Authenticators Planning team.
Next to the qualifications mentioned below, we are looking for a true Teamplayer with a ‘can do’ mentality. Having a passion for Sport and Performance product will definitely help to boost your energy on a daily base in the Performance Authenticators team.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Perform the Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP) process steps & analysis for an efficient MPU Merch Financial Plan
Define & own the MPU Merch Financial Plan in line with Marketplace capacity, the MPU strategy and the EMEA MFP direction
Support key seasonal brand & product stories relevant for the MPU through aligned planning
Actively participate in the development and deployment of the MPU multi-year strategy
Advocate the strategy across all genders – sharing plans with relevant partners across the NIKE Consumer Code gates
Supervise business performance & communicate results to targeted expectations to key partners
Champion an end-to-end process improvement approach to adjust ways of working as needed
Integrate relevant market data into analysis and plans; speak directly to the influence and sensitivity of external data
Understand consumer needs & marketplace from available data and is able to link plan with market trends
Demonstrate industry and market trends as value; think beyond prescribed solution to improve business outcomes
Design compelling communications that articulate the story and insights with a clear summary of the main ideas
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Together with the central EMEA MFP team you will be part of the EMEA End- to-end (E2E) squad which drives the several EMEA MPU and Gender MFP plans.
The PA MPU is X-functionally set up per FoP/Sport so you will be closely working with the Planning team (Merchandise Financial Planning & Assortment Planning in the MPU) and also fully integrated in the X-functional squad working closely with other Functions like Merchandising, Brand, Partner Management, Operations and Finance to serve Consumer and PA Partners in the best possible way.
