What the day will look like This role will partner with various leaders and colleagues across our firm to execute all aspects of L&D programming across the country/region. Liaise with learning delivery lead and/or curriculum lead/manager to successful implement the Learning & Development strategySupport the execution of the Learning & Development strategy by planning and deploying a training calendar in line with regional priorities.Prepare and manage program and project management plans including project scope, change management, quality management, risk management, effective cost management, resource management and procurement plans.Program planning and logistical oversight including scheduling, facilitator and producer resourcing, materials distribution, event management and on-site delivery support.Effectively manage stakeholder relationships including curriculum leads/managers, facilitators, managers, colleagues, and third-party vendors to ensure the successful delivery of learning programs and initiatives.Facilitate learning programs and prepare facilitators and business leaders to deliver content.Produce virtual sessions and/or support on-site delivery (when required).Support the measurement and evaluation of programs to deliver ROI and continuous improvement.Ad-hoc project work to support the implementation of the Learning & Development strategy.Support other Learning Deployment team members by sharing knowledge and providing training when required.Engage and manage the regional Learning Deployment team to support the delivery of regional learning programs (if applicable).Finance/Vendor Management/Reporting responsibilities (40%)Vendor management and maintenanceCoupa requests and approvals and SOWReportingCreate mid-year and end of year Learning Activity reportAdd-hoc reporting for specific projectsMonitor and maintain the 18100 Chargeback expenses, including:Act as the ‘main point of contact’ for queries and questionsCross checking 18100 actuals versus the tracker, following up with curriculum/delivery leads and research questionable costsCollate mid-year estimates (July) and end of year actuals (December)Collate forecast (September) Skills and experience that will lead to success Bachelor’s degree.Skilled and engaging facilitator.Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.Organizational skills, including strong planning and project management skills with the ability to be flexible and proactive, manage multiple projects, and deliver initiatives within a short timescale with speed, accuracy and efficiency.Can demonstrated strategic and innovative thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work with limited direction, extremely proactive, highly driven and self-directedA working knowledge of effective general business management practices.Strong analytical thinker with knowledge of accounting skillsMust be a team player.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint and Learning Management Systems (Workday desirable).Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and Pivot Table Reporting, and Advanced Formulas).Can manipulate large amounts of data, formulate data into easy-to-read formats and be comfortable telling a story and provide insights with that data.Desire to learn and display Aon’s values including acting with integrity and displaying a client, colleague and community commitment.
