But for Aon to capitalize on these opportunities requires a globally coordinated effort, an effort that the Aon Centre for Innovation and Analytics will provide.The Product Owner will work with global stakeholders to understand their need and articulate a delivery method that adds value and supports the delivery of Health and Benefits’ strategy.The Product Owner will be responsible for working with the business to develop requirements, systems design, manage and facilitate testing and design change management programs for major Health and Benefits initiatives.. What the day will look likeUndertaking process analysis and design new business processes as requiredWorking closely with business SMEs to understand concept initiatives and developing business requirements specifications for H&B analytical initiativesUnderstand the data need from the business and challenge stakeholders in requirementsAssisting Strategic Owner with strategy assessment and development for Global HealthHandling development backlog through project management toolsDefining sprint requirements and project management through to deliveryHandling communications with project resources, IT and disparate local business unitsCo-ordinating with IT, systems design and development ensuring trace ability and quality against business requirements specificationsDeveloping, handling and implementing user acceptance test plans for new systems development ensuring traceability to business requirements specificationConducting training of internal teams to ensure effective use of new processes and systemsIdentifying and highlight risks and issues to Strategic Owner for logging and resolution on project logSkills and experience that will lead to successUniversity degree, preferably in a finance or business related fieldMinimum five years’ experience in people risk / health and benefits industryExperience with data visualisation methods such as with Tableau, QlikView, Power BIRelevant experience working on Agile projects.Consistent track record in project environment with recognized analysis, planning and activity executionInsightful and analytical to foresee new business needs emerging from projectsCollaborative, great teammate, organized, goal-oriented, committed and ability to solve business problemsEffective reasoning and problem solving skillsGood organizational awarenessStrong written and interpersonal communication skillsUnderstanding of project management processes and controlsNaturally inquisitive with good negotiation and influencing skillsMaturity to manage and resolve internal business discussionsResults driven and take accountability for results.
