We are currently recruiting a Project Controls Engineer
to help us reach our strategic ambitions, both in conventional Oil & Gas and in Renewables and cleaner energy projects.
This position will be part of the Technical Directorate which integrates a broad compliment of engineering, project, subsurface and integrator disciplines being deployed flexibly across the business units.
Key accountabilities
Provide project control and assurance services that supports opportunities in Norske Shell`s projects portfolio
The portfolio of projects varies from Gas to Renewables, requiring a multiskilling mindset and covering deliverables such as cost, estimating, planning, risk management and cost engineering
Drive performance, improvements, and simplification through Agile ways of working and digital solutions
Key dimensions
The Project Controls Engineer will be part of teams that manage Norske Shell’s projects and opportunities within conventional Oil & Gas as well as New Energy activities, including Hydrogen, CCS, Offshore Wind and Biofuels
The candidate will play an active role in project teams and be responsible for assigned project control deliverables within defined projects
What we are looking for
Higher education, University degree in Finance/commercial/technical or equivalent
Candidates with 0 up to 5 years of experience will be considered
Self-starter, learner mindset and external focus
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration
Excellent verbal and written communication. This includes writing technical documents as well as presenting results concisely to internal and/or external audience.
Digital skills are a plus
